A leading media company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand partnerships and sponsorships across the GCC. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and excellent negotiation skills. A strong network in the UAE is advantageous. This role offers a chance to significantly contribute to the growth of Trendz Podcast.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in media or advertising.
  • Strong network in the UAE / GCC is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to help us grow partnerships, sponsorships, and business opportunities across the GCC.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and secure sponsorships and partnerships with corporations, banks, real estate developers, and government entities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders in targeted industries.
  • Develop sales strategies and proposals for podcast sponsorships, branded content, and media collaborations.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align business opportunities with audience growth.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to support the expansion of Trendz Podcast.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in media, advertising, or digital marketing).
  • Strong network in the UAE / GCC is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
