Business Development Executive I Turkish Market

Location: IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to AED 5,000 + commission

Through our WeMasterTrade project, we provide funded-trader programs, education, and innovative tools that empower traders worldwide.

As part of our global expansion, we are hiring for our Dubai office to strengthen the WeMasterTrade team.

What You Will Do
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients in the Turkish region.
  • Promote and sell digital trading products to retail and wholesale clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer and partner relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Achieve monthly business development KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Work under a 2-month probation period.
What We’re Looking For
  • Currently based in the UAE.
  • 2+ years of proven sales/business development experience.
  • Prior experience in the Turkish market or the ability to confidently communicate in Turkish.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated with a focus on delivering results.
  • Experience or strong interest in trading, forex, or cryptocurrency is a plus.
