Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a Growing Solar Street Lighting Manufacturer specializing in urban, street, and landscape lighting solutions. Our client is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales, secure government and private sector contracts, and expand their market presence in the UAE and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with government bodies, municipalities, construction firms, and infrastructure developers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for solar street lighting projects.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Launch and promote new solar lighting products in the market.
  • Manage costing, budgeting, and pricing strategies for projects.
  • Oversee product registration and compliance with local regulations.
  • Provide sales support, including technical presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements
