Job Title: Business Development Executive – Manpower Recruitment & Outsourcing

Reports To: Business Development Manager / Director of Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our manpower recruitment and outsourcing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our recruitment and staffing solutions to businesses across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and attending industry events.

Research and analyze market trends and potential client needs in the recruitment and outsourcing industry.

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HR managers, procurement heads, etc.).

Conduct client meetings to understand their workforce requirements and propose customized recruitment or outsourcing solutions.

Sales & Business Development:

Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and service agreements to potential clients.

Negotiate terms of business with clients in line with company guidelines.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of candidates and fulfillment of client requirements.

Ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress using CRM tools.

Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.

5-7 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment/staffing or HR outsourcing.

Strong understanding of manpower planning, staffing solutions, and outsourcing models.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Salary & Benefits:
