Job summary

A leading logistics firm is seeking a Business Development Executive/Manager to drive growth for their sea freight and project logistics portfolio in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in business development within the UAE or GCC, strong knowledge of freight operations, and proven negotiation skills. This position requires effective management of the sales cycle from prospecting to contract finalization.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ sea freight business development experience in the UAE or GCC.
  • Solid knowledge of Incoterms, freight operations and carrier negotiations.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles independently.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • CRM proficiency and strong pipeline management.

Role overview: Drive growth for the sea freight and project logistics portfolio. You’ll own the full sales cycle — prospecting, relationship-building, pricing, contracting and handover to operations — to meet revenue and gross profit targets.
