Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships withdental clinics, hospitals, and medical centersacross the UAE.
  • Present and demonstrate the Yalha platform to healthcare professionals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to optimize client onboarding.
  • Report activities and contribute to Yalha’s growth strategy in the region.
Profile Requirements
  • Minimum3 years of experienceinmedical or dental sales,
  • or a dentist seeking a transition into commercial/business development roles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Professional appearance and punctuality are essential.
  • Fluent inEnglish(mandatory).
  • Arabic, French, or Russianare strong advantages.
  • Must already hold avalid UAE visa(family, freelance, or sponsored).
Compensation
  • Base salary + performance-based commission:AED20,000–35,000/monthdepending on experience and results.
  • Probation period:3 to 6 months.
