Job summary

A logistics and e-commerce solutions provider in Dubai is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive. The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in sales within the e-commerce or courier industry, excellent communication skills, and a valid UAE driving license. Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales within the e-commerce or courier/logistics industry, and possess strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and manage sales leads in the e-commerce sector. Identify and qualify potential e-commerce clients through online research, lead databases, and networking websites
  • Conduct outdoor sales visits to meet clients, present service offerings, and assess operational requirements
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements tailored to client needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Have a working understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Noon, etc.) and API integration with WMS
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales within the e-commerce or courier/logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of fulfillment operations, last-mile delivery, and digital commerce systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the UAE market and client base is an advantage
  • Must have a valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Hindi are an advantage
