Position Summary

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic sales professional in digital transformation and GenAI domain looking to make a difference? Come join our team at Rules Cube as a Business Development Executive and be part of an exciting role you will have a key role in shaping and executing successful sales strategies that unlock fresh business opportunities in your assigned region. Your main goal will be to focus on capturing large accounts, nurturing a strong pipeline of qualified leads and skillfully converting them into profitable proposals and contracts that align with our company’s goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and pursue sales strategies aimed towards finding new business opportunities in your region, hunt large accounts, create a pipeline of qualified leads according to the company targets and turn them into proposals and contracts.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans to gain a deep understanding of the prospects needs and priorities and ultimately provide workable solutions.
  • Develop Rules Cubes sales strategic plan.
  • Management of customer expectations and contract compliance addendums and amendments.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, technologies and competitive landscape.
Requirements
  • Over 5 years of experience in selling Digital Transformation solutions.
  • Previous work experience in digital transformation consulting firms or clients.
  • Able to synthesize essential concepts during presentations and customize them to align with client needs.
  • Being able to understand and explain technical terms in a way that is easy to understand by client executives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to negotiate commercial contracts.
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy, able to understand the needs of customers and know how to communicate them.
  • Proven track record of success driving deals through prospecting, discovery, solution proposal, negotiation and closing new business.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Nice to Have
  • Strong technical background (education and/or experience).
  • Excellent level of English.
  • Senior IC (requirement).
