Rendify in Dubai is opening a new MENA hub and seeks a driven sales lead to own the regional pipeline. You will manage the full sales cycle, from inbound leads to closing deals, and then nurture the accounts for expansion.
The role requires travel to Saudi Arabia several times a year and deep interest in architectural visuals and subscription-based solutions. You will build strong client relationships with developers, designers, and furniture brands, while collaborating with a Canada-based
MENA is our next market. You would be the person who opens it, from Dubai.
Rendify is a subscription 3D visualisation partner, headquartered in Quebec City, Canada. We are a team of 85+ of the top 1% of global 3D artists, working with hundreds of clients across Canada, the United States and Europe: architecture and interior design practices, property developers, furniture brands and leading ecommerce companies. The Middle East is where we go next.
This is a permanent, funded role and the first commercial hire on the ground in the region. Your territory is the whole of MENA: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt, and everywhere else our inbound comes from. Saudi Arabia carries most of the near-term volume — Q2 2026 contract awards there surged 160% to around US$30 billion — so expect to work it hard and to travel there a handful of times a year. You own the pipeline, the pitch, the relationships, and the accounts you close.

We are hiring in Dubai deliberately.
Renders decide things in this industry. An authority submission visual decides whether a project clears approval. A hero image decides whether an off‑plan buyer signs and whether the finance clears. A catalogue of product visuals decides whether a furniture brand launches on time.
Practices, developers and brands know this. What they struggle with is production capacity. The work is lumpy, in‑house 3D talent is hard to hire and harder to keep, and freelance marketplaces make consistency difficult to hold from one job to the next.
Rendify solves that with a subscription partner model and a production pipeline that sits at the front of this industry. AI accelerates our modelling, materials, lighting and iteration. Experienced 3D specialists art direct every scene and review every frame before it reaches a client. That is the whole argument, and it is a strong one: AI‑enhanced production, human reviewed. You get AI speed with human results, and you will be selling that distinction to buyers who care a great deal about what actually lands in their inbox.
Full sales cycle. You find it, you qualify it, you demo it, you propose it, you negotiate it, you close it, and then you keep the account and grow it.
One thing worth being clear about: new business comes first. Keeping and growing what you win is how you compound it, and it is why the commission is paid on recurring revenue as well as new deals.
We hire for industry understanding first and teach our sales process second. Someone who knows this world and has good commercial instincts will go further here than someone with a polished process who has never set foot in a studio.
You have worked in, or sold into, architecture, interior design, construction, property development, furniture, real estate, or architectural visualisation. You know the difference between an authority submission visual and a hero render for a sales gallery. You know why off‑plan imagery matters to a developer's launch and to their financier. You know that a practice is run by directors and principals, and that the person who commissions the imagery is often a different person from the one who designs the building.
You have carried a number in a full sales cycle B2B role and hit it, and you are genuinely interested in design and the built environment. We will teach you the industry if you bring the commercial engine. We will teach you the sales process if you bring the industry.
You are the first person in the region, with a full team supporting you.
We are building a team here, and you are the first hire in it. As the region grows, dedicated SDRs and a Customer Success Manager come in alongside you to carry the top of the funnel and the post‑sale relationship, so your time moves further up the value of each deal. We will say this plainly: the person who opens this region is the person we would want running it.
