As a Business Development Executive, you will be the face of our clients furniture rental services. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the rental process. You’ll build lasting relationships, manage client accounts, and contribute to the growth of the business contact database.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Engagement
- Research and identify potential clients including expats, relocation agencies, property managers, and real estate professionals.
- Initiate contact and build rapport through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Present tailored rental proposals and solutions to prospective clients.
Proposal Preparation & Presentation
- Create customized rental packages based on client needs and budget.
- Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the benefits of the rental service.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the rental lifecycle.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, and ongoing support.
- Handle renewals, upgrades, and rent-to-own transitions.
Database Development
- Maintain and grow a CRM database of leads, contacts, and client interactions.
- Track engagement metrics and follow up on leads systematically.

Knowledge & Experience
- Familiarity with furniture rental, leasing, or real estate services is a plus.
- Experience in client-facing roles, sales, or account management.
- Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
