LG FMCG part of Lal’s Group is hiring an ambitious Business Development Executive to strengthen our B2B sales operations across the HORECA and F&B sector. This role requires a dynamic professional with proven success in business-to-business food and beverage sales (FMCG) retail distribution and account management.

The selected candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base within hotels restaurants catering groups and retail outlets while ensuring consistent growth and strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B business development by identifying onboarding and managing HORECA and B2B clients in the FMCG food and beverage industry.
  • Build strong partnerships with procurement managers executive chefs and retail buyers.
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across FMCG and F&B distribution channels.
  • Monitor competitor activities conduct market research and share insights to optimize business performance.
  • Manage sales pipeline forecasts and performance reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on pricing promotions and logistics to deliver seamless service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales HORECA FMCG or F&B distribution within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG food and beverage and retail business-to-business sales.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
