Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Executive with 25 years of experience in the interior design fitout or construction industry in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and driving sales growth for our interior design projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads in the residential commercial and hospitality interior design sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients architects contractors and real estate developers.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends competitor activities and potential opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals quotations and project pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Attend industry events exhibitions and networking meetings to expand business connections.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and follow up on leads.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Requirements
- 25 years of proven experience in business development / sales in the interior design fitout or construction industry in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market key players and industry trends.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Selfmotivated targetdriven and able to work independently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
