The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and ensuring the department meets its revenue and growth goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate industry, exceptional sales and relationship-building skills, and the ability to strategize and execute on business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Research, identify, and target new potential clients, including individuals, brokers, and institutions that require mortgage services.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and grow the mortgage business within a competitive market.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, financial institutions, and other key partners.
  • Lead Generation & Networking: Attend industry events, network with potential clients, and generate leads through various channels (online, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the underwriting, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions and delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and track KPIs to ensure business targets are met.
  • Brand Representation: Promote the company’s mortgage products and services, ensuring high visibility in the market.
