The Role

Industry Experience : Sales in Interior Design | Architecture | Construction sector is preferred.

About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our market presence and build lasting client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, generating new business, and driving sales growth in the Interior and Architectural sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the target market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, consultants, property developers, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent our Client at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • Proven experience in business development or sales
  • Strong professional network with the ability to generate leads independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Preferred Experience
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
  • Exposure to high-value projects in commercial, residential, architectural, or luxury segments.
  • A UAE drivers license is preferred.
