A global tech firm in Dubai is looking for motivated Business Development Executives to help deliver AI, automation, and data intelligence solutions. The role requires strong B2B sales skills, experience in tech, and a dedication to client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in business development and be fluent in English, with a passion for technology sales.

As part of the core sales and strategy team, you will identify prospective clients, build initial connections, manage the early stages of the sales funnel, and collaborate closely with senior management to close deals. You will gain hands‑on exposure to AI transformation projects, automation solutions, and data analytics‑driven business models, contributing directly to Vision Tact’s expansion across international markets.

Identify and qualify potential clients through online research, networking, outbound communication, and lead generation tools.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects across assigned territories and industries.
Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and commercial documents for client meetings.
Schedule discovery calls, demos, and follow‑ups in coordination with senior sales managers or technical leads.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and convert inbound leads into business opportunities.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and new market segments.
Maintain accurate client data, activity logs, and communication updates within CRM tools.
Prepare weekly performance reports, sales forecasts, and insights for leadership review.
Build strong professional relationships through consistent, consultative engagement.
Represent Vision Tact’s brand and value proposition professionally in all interactions and digital forums.
Proven understanding of B2B sales processes, especially in the technology or consulting domain.
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) and lead tracking tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in preparing sales documents, presentations, and pitches using MS Office, Google Workspace, or Notion.
Self‑driven and target‑oriented, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of market research and data interpretation.
Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams and clients across time zones.
Awareness of AI, automation, and digital transformation is a strong plus.
Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages such as Arabic or French are an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably within tech, SaaS, or AI domains.
Track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation or conversion targets.
Certifications or short courses in Sales Strategy, Business Analytics, or Digital Marketing are preferred.
Experience with proposal writing, client engagement, and B2B relationship building.
