Deriv is seeking a candidate to manage partner recruitment and operational contributions within a thriving ecosystem. You will be pivotal in identifying and growing high-value IBs, managing their performance, and supporting commercial negotiations.
Ideal candidates will have a degree in business or finance, early-career experience in sales or partnerships, and an understanding of AI tools. This role offers the opportunity to learn directly from leadership in a dynamic environment.
The partners you recruit and activate will connect Deriv's products to real traders, moving real money, across real markets. You'll learn the mechanics of how high-value partner ecosystems work — and start contributing to one from day one.
Deriv processes more than $700B in monthly trading volume. A significant share of that comes through partners — Introducing Brokers, affiliates, fintech partners, and payment providers who bring traders to the platform across more than 150 countries.
The Growth Partnerships function sits at the heart of that engine. When a high-value IB in MENA goes live, when an affiliate in Southeast Asia starts generating first volume, when a payment provider unlocks a new corridor in LATAM — that's what this team makes happen.
Real money, real regulations, real consequences. What you learn here, you'll learn by doing it.
We're already running AI in production — not running pilots.
This matters to you because the tools you'll use every day aren't experiments. They're live systems. You'll contribute to making them better.
This is demanding work for someone starting out. The partners you'll deal with understand the economics of this industry deeply — they'll spot under-preparation immediately. Some weeks will be frustrating. You'll run outreach that gets no response. You'll onboard a partner who doesn't activate. That's part of the learning curve.
What you'll get in return: hands‑on experience with a partner ecosystem that operates across more than 150 countries, direct exposure to GP leadership, and the chance to learn from people who've done this at scale in markets most junior roles never touch.
If you want a structured, low‑pressure start, this isn't it. If you want to learn fast and build a real commercial foundation, it might be.
