Job summary

A leading rental power bank provider in the UAE is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to expand its Soudian Power Bank network. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting rental services. Ideal candidates should have 1–3 years of business development experience, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree. A UAE Driving License is preferred.

Jun Sheng Technologies, the official operator of Soudian Power Bank in the Middle East, is a leading provider of rental power bank solutions across malls, airports, cafes, and public spaces. With over 500+ rental stations installed across key locations, we are expanding rapidly and looking for passionate individuals to join our growth journey.

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive to drive the expansion of our Soudian Power Bank network in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, onboarding new partners and locations, and strengthening relationships with existing clients to enhance brand visibility and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach new business locations such as malls, restaurants, cafes, hotels, and public venues for power bank station installations.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with business partners and clients.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to promote Soudian Power Bank’s rental services.
  • Negotiate agreements and close deals with potential partners.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth station installations and service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and expansion targets.
  • Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • UAE Driving License preferred.
