Job Description

As a Business Development Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence in the Middle East. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities fostering client relationships and contributing to revenue growth.

Market Research and Prospecting

Identify potential clients and key decisionmakers within target industries.

  • Research and analyze market trends competitive landscape and customer needs.
  • Create a pipeline of prospects through networking referrals and market intelligence.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Building

Initiate contact with potential clients through direct outreach cold calls and emails.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand client pain points and propose tailored solutions.
Business Development Strategy

Develop and execute business development plans aligned with organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (sales marketing and technical) to drive growth.
  • Identify new revenue streams and explore expansion opportunities.
Sales and Revenue Generation

Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals and securing contracts.

  • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients.
  • Upsell and crosssell additional services to existing clients.
Self Driven and Results Oriented

As a selfstarter you should proactively seek out opportunities and take ownership of your targets.

  • Demonstrate resilience and persistence in pursuing leads and overcoming challenges.
  • Track and report progress regularly to management.
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors degree (MBA preferred).

  • 23 years of experience in business development or corporate sales.
  • Background in IT sales is highly desirable.
  • Consulting firm experience is a plus.
