A leading recruitment firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand market presence in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and 2-3 years of business development or corporate sales experience, with a strong background in IT sales. This full-time role offers an opportunity for dynamic professionals passionate about creating new business opportunities.
As a Business Development Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence in the Middle East. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities fostering client relationships and contributing to revenue growth.
Identify potential clients and key decisionmakers within target industries.
Initiate contact with potential clients through direct outreach cold calls and emails.
Develop and execute business development plans aligned with organizational goals.
Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals and securing contracts.
As a selfstarter you should proactively seek out opportunities and take ownership of your targets.
Bachelors degree (MBA preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills .
