About the job Business Development Executive

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to lead our growth efforts in the UAE. You will play a critical role in driving sales for our recruitment, outsourcing, and consultancy service lines by building relationships with corporate clients, understanding their hiring and HR needs, and presenting tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and engage new business clients in target industries (corporate, healthcare, professional services, etc.).
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote cross-selling and upselling of our services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (recruitment, operations, and consultancy) to ensure client requirements are translated into deliverables.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of business proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Represent Skills Hub at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Track performance metrics, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts; report regularly to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within recruitment, HR services, or consultancy.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, outsourcing, or HR advisory services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Self-starter, result-driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
