About the Role

KAIZEN Asset Management Services, a leading property management firm in Dubai, is looking for a visionary and results-driven Business Development Director to spearhead our growth initiatives.

In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to our business development efforts, identifying new market opportunities and driving sales growth across our range of services in residential and commercial property management.

As the Business Development Director, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

You will leverage your expertise in market analysis and competitive positioning to develop comprehensive business strategies that align with our company's goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and market expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors, including residential and commercial real estate.
  • Lead the business development team, providing mentorship, support, and training to ensure high performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to foster collaboration and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics in the real estate sector.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to prospects, highlighting our unique value proposition.
