Job summary

Swiss AviationSoftware, a Lufthansa Technik subsidiary, leads digital transformation in the aviation industry. We seek an onsite consultant for the Middle East to represent Swiss-AS to airlines and MRO customers and to manage AMOS implementations across the full lifecycle from initiation to Go-Live.

You will build long-term relationships in the GCC, drive adoption of AMOS, Aviatar, and flydocs, and translate customer requirements into scalable solutions through workshops and strategic guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in airline or MRO environments, ideally Technical Operations.
• Proven track record leading digital implementation or consulting projects.
• Strong Middle East aviation market network (GCC).
• Expert knowledge of AMOS and/or comparable MRO/ERP systems.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the onsite consultant team for the Middle East region, representing Swiss-AS to airlines and MRO customers.

• Lead AMOS implementation projects across the full lifecycle from initiation to Go-Live.
• Define project scope, timelines, and resource planning to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Strong experience in airline or MRO environments, ideally within Technical Operations.
• Proven track record in leading digital implementation or consulting projects.
• Solid working experience in the Middle East aviation market with an established network in the GCC region.
• Expert-level knowledge of AMOS and/or comparable MRO/ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, system integration, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic or German is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and solution-oriented skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project management methodologies (PMP or equivalent).
