Job description

Do you want to be part of a newly formed organization that is launching new business models across MENA? If so Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations is looking for an eager minds and candidates with a strong record of achieving results. You will contribute to the understand customer patterns understanding and creating metrics that help understand out operations improve providing teams with knowledge and tools to improve customer experience.

Key job responsibilities

• a) Own the design development and maintenance of ongoing metrics reports analyses dashboards etc. to drive key business decisions. Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and resources.
• b) Work closely with stakeholders (internal/external) to understand and automate/enhance existing processes.
• c) Should be able to come up with innovative ideas for new work or to improve existing work.
• d) Should be open to learn and develop skillsets in the latest technologies and analytical techniques.
• e) Should understand how data/analytical frameworks and their work translate to business on ground.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• Experience working in a similar role (at least 1 year).
• Exposure to Excel and SQL.
• Deadline driven team player with strong customer focus.
• Strong analytical problem solving and organizational skills.
• Must be detailoriented with a demonstrated ability to selfmotivate and follow through on issues.
• Experience in a highly analytical resultsoriented environment with cross functional interactions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and QuickSight.
• Experience in ETL jobs etc.
• Experience in using power pivot and writing macros in excel.
