Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and customer behavior to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Translate business goals into functional and technical requirements for digital teams.
• Lead end-to-end analysis for new features, UX/UI improvements, and campaign performance.
• Partner with product, marketing, and tech teams to enhance site performance and customer journey.
• Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports (GA4, Power BI, Shopify, etc.).
• Support strategic initiatives such as personalization, CRO, and omnichannel integrations.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and market intelligence to guide business decisions.
