Job summary

Serviceplan Group Middle East is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to bridge client needs and delivery teams. You will gather requirements, document workflows, and ensure solutions meet business goals.

You will map as-is processes, design to-be flows, and collaborate with client teams in a dynamic marketing technology environment in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, functional consulting, or similar role.
• Strong requirements engineering: interviewing, writing user stories, producing structured specs.
• Process mapping and optimisation experience in digital, MarTech, CRM, or marketing operations environments preferred.
• Clear, structured written communication; documentation used by others.
• Client-facing experience: running workshops and managing expectations.

You are the link between what the client says they need and what the delivery team builds. You ask the right questions, document the answers clearly, and make sure nothing gets lost in translation between business and technology.

You understand how processes actually work — not how they are supposed to work. You are curious, structured, and always thinking about the client's real problem rather than the stated one.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience as a business analyst, functional consultant, or similar role
• Strong requirements engineering skills: you can run interviews, write clear user stories, and produce structured specifications
• Process mapping and optimisation experience — you know how to read a broken workflow and design a better one
• Experience in digital, MarTech, CRM, or marketing operations environments preferred
• Clear, structured written communication — your documentation is used, not filed
• Client-facing experience: you can run a working session and manage expectations without escalating everything
