Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirement (BRD) and review functional / technical specification (FS) shared by vendor
• Prepare Requirement Traceability Matrix to map Requirement with Deliverable tracked under FS
• Ensure deliverable is in compliance to functional specification
• Timely and effective communication with Internal and External stakeholders
• Regular Status updates to Key Stakeholders
• Monitor deployment of modules independently as per pIan / SLAs
• Provide lead support during acceptance testing, implementation, and training for assigned modules
• Prepare/verify production transfer documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) arising from production system disruption and gather required information and logs from the system for investigation.
• Vendor co-ordination and follow up with vendor for resolution and closure of the issues.
• Document results of tests and program specifications/ Technical Architecture documentation.
• Get the fix tested by users and take appropriate actions to move the change in Production with TPS team.
• Knowledge transfer to the RTB team for post-production support.
