ApplyMint is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to collaborate with our Financial Director and senior management. The role focuses on diagnosing performance issues, benchmarking industry standards, and delivering actionable insights to drive client success.

The ideal candidate will hold a finance-related degree, possess strong analytical skills, and be proficient in Excel, SQL, and Power BI to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, BA, economics or related field.
• Advanced degree or relevant qualifications (CFA/CIMA) preferred.
• Proven experience as Business Analyst/Financial Analyst or similar in consulting.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data.
• Experience in benchmarking and performance analysis with industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
