Job summary

A leading financial services firm in Dubai is looking for a project manager with over 3 years of experience, ideally in BI & Analytics and banking sector. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and be able to meet tight deadlines while managing various stakeholders. A graduate with a preference for MBA is desirable. This role involves managing project documentation and ensuring successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business and technical requirements into business requirement documents.
• Manage stakeholders as mediator between IT and business partners.
• Plan project delivery timelines and ensure achievement.
• Design insightful screens and reports via wireframes.
• Manage escalations and ensure testing plans are executed.

  • Responsible for gathering and translation of business and technical requirements into business requirement documents for the development team
  
  
  • Responsible for stakeholder management, working as a mediator between Technical IT partner and Business partners.
  
  
  • Responsible for project management, planning project delivery timelines and achieving it.
  
  
  • Responsible to design Insightful screens and reports through wireframes.
  
  
  • Responsible for managing escalations.
  
  
  • Ensure testing of the new developments/ new products are planned and executed as per the SLA agreed with the client

  • Prepare and retain project documentation like BRD, FSD, Project Plan, signoff emails etc. for audit requirement.
  
  
  
  

Essential Qualification

• Graduate. PGD/MBA will be preferred.

Experience

• 3+ years


• Preference will be given to candidates who are having experience of working on BI & Analytics projects in a bank/BFSI or IT projects related to credit / risk / operations unit of the bank.
