Job summary

REAPHR is hiring an experienced Bus Driver to join our UAE operations. You will safely transport staff on designated routes, ensure passenger comfort, and maintain vehicle cleanliness while complying with UAE traffic laws and company policies.

Requirements include 2–3 years of bus driving, ADNOC & CIPA site experience, and a valid UAE bus driving license. UAE-based candidates with knowledge of local routes are preferred. This is a full-time role based in Abu Dhabi with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport staff/passengers according to assigned routes and schedules.
• Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and timely transportation.
• Follow ADNOC & CIPA site safety rules and procedures.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections before starting duty.
• Report any mechanical faults, accidents, or safety concerns immediately.
• Maintain the bus in a clean and presentable condition.
• Follow UAE traffic laws and company transportation policies.
• Maintain accurate trip and vehicle records.
• Coordinate professionally with supervisors and transport teams.
