Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Architectural Engineering or Project Management.
• 16+ years of experience with a master's degree (18+ years with a bachelor's).
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans and KPIs for Dubai Authority buildings and infrastructure.
• Oversee contracts and agreements, and supervise consultants, vendors, and service providers.
• Direct performance management processes, ensuring training needs are identified and corrective actions taken.
• Oversee asset management and stakeholder coordination across projects to meet timelines and budgets.
