Job summary

A leading engineering company in Dubai is looking for a highly skilled QA/QC Engineer Structural Steel to join their team. This role requires proven experience in bridge projects and a solid background in structural steel fabrication and inspection. Key responsibilities include implementing quality management systems, conducting inspections, and maintaining QA/QC documentation. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 4-8 years of relevant experience. A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in QA/QC for structural steel works, specifically in bridge projects.
• Preferred certifications: CSWIP 3.1, AWS CWI, NACE, BGAS, FROCIO.
• Strong knowledge of relevant international standards like AWS D1.1 and BS EN ISO.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the projects Quality Management System.
• Conduct inspections and tests on fabricated steel structures.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation like inspection reports and NCRs.
