Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a visually driven designer to craft high-quality assets for social media, campaigns, and internal communications. The role also requires basic video editing to support multimedia needs across the company.

You will ensure outputs align with brand guidelines, adapt visuals for web, social, email, and print, and collaborate with marketing to translate briefs into engaging visuals that boost reach and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in media or related field with 3+ years in digital content creation
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut)
• Strong visual composition, branding, color theory and typography
• Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney and DALL-E is a plus

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, flyers, event materials, and corporate communication
• Create layouts, illustrations, icons, and visual elements using advanced design tools
• Adapt visual assets into multiple formats and dimensions for different platforms
• Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and identity across subsidiaries and projects
• Develop digital designs for web, social, email, and internal platforms
• Prepare final files for print and digital distribution according to required specifications
• Maintain a library of reusable templates and brand elements
• Edit and assemble short-form videos for social media, event coverage, and internal communication
• Apply simple transitions, captions, overlays, and basic motion graphics
• Organize and manage video project files and raw assets
• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to support campaign concepts and creative direction
• Work with marketing to translate briefs into visuals that align with goals
• Repurpose existing content into new formats to increase reach
• Adapt designs into multiple formats for different platforms
• Support social and digital campaigns with visuals that boost engagement and storytelling
