The Creative Stitch in Dubai, UAE is seeking a creative Videographer & Video Editor to turn ideas into compelling visual stories for brand campaigns and digital platforms. You will shoot, edit, and deliver engaging content, collaborating closely with our production and design teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–4+ years of professional videography and editing experience, strong skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects, and a passion for storytelling across social and brand filmmaking.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of professional videography and video editing experience, preferably in a creative agency or production house.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, cinematography, editing rhythm, and composition.
• Experience creating social-first content, brand campaigns, and commercial videos.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute professional video shoots for brand campaigns, social media, events, interviews, and commercials.
• Handle camera operations, lighting, audio, framing, and composition.
• Translate concepts and storyboards into engaging visual content with producers and directors.
• Capture high-quality footage in studio and on location.
• Manage production equipment and maintain shooting standards.
• Edit brand films, campaigns, reels, and event highlights with strong storytelling.
• Apply color correction, color grading, audio mixing, and basic motion graphics.
• Adapt content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Incorporate feedback while maintaining creative quality and deliver multiple projects on time.
