Job summary

Kayzin Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing trading brand in Dubai to recruit a Lead Content Creator & Brand Presenter. You’ll shoot on location across Dubai, interview traders, host conversations and transform market topics into engaging social-first content.

You don’t need to be a technical trading expert, but you should have a genuine interest in financial markets and enough knowledge of Forex, CFDs, investing or proprietary trading to speak confidently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating social-first video content that has achieved meaningful organic reach.
• Confidence presenting, interviewing and speaking naturally on camera.
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting and communication skills.
• A genuine interest in trading, investing and financial markets.
• An understanding of social trends, audience behaviour and platform-specific content.
• The ability to take an idea from initial concept through to filming and publication.
• Strong creative judgement and an understanding that attention should not come at the expense of the brand’s credibility.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial approach—you naturally bring ideas forward rather than waiting for direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop original content ideas around trading, investing, financial markets and the funded-trader experience.
• Present confidently across short-form videos, interviews, podcasts and social-first content.
• Interview traders and turn their experiences, challenges and achievements into compelling stories.
• Create and repurpose content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, YouTube Shorts and X.
• Turn longer interviews and podcasts into multiple pieces of platform-specific content.
• Identify emerging formats and trends and adapt them intelligently for a trading audience.
• Make complex trading topics accessible and engaging for a wider retail audience.
• Build genuine relationships within the trading community and become a trusted face of the brand.
• Film from the company’s office, podcast studio, industry events and other locations across the UAE.
• Work closely with internal editors and production specialists to turn ideas and footage into polished content.
• Provide creative direction around structure, hooks, editing and repurposing.
• Carry out basic editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar software when required.
• Collaborate with the paid-media team to develop advertising concepts and conversion-focused creative.
• Review performance data, test new approaches and develop repeatable formats around what works.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, partnerships, social challenges and community activations.
