About the role:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager with strong experience in the perfumery or luxury fragrance industry within the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all channels, and driving growth through effective brand marketing, product development, and retail strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market position and enhance brand equity.
  • Oversee product launches, from concept development to in-market execution.
  • Manage branding and communication activities, ensuring alignment company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer insights, trends, and competitor positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital, marketing, retail, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Plan and execute brand campaigns, events, and collaborations.
  • Supervise packaging design, product storytelling, and in-store brand presentation.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare monthly brand performance reports.
  • Work with creative agencies and media partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Manage budget allocation and ensure maximum ROI from marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of brand management experience in the perfumery, cosmetics, or luxury goods sector within the UAE.
  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE consumer trends and luxury perfume marketing.
  • Experience in campaign management, product development, and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in brand management and NPD
  • Knowledge of POS, CRM, and retail operations.
  • Strong creative sense and ability to balance aesthetics with commercial objectives.
