Job summary

Scarlet Royal in Dubai is a branding and digital agency seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate client work and internal teams. Qualifications

• Proven PM experience within branding, creative, marketing or digital agency environments.
• Experience managing multiple client projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of branding, design, website development and digital product workflows.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage branding, website, digital, marketing and multidisciplinary agency projects from kickoff to completion.
• Review proposals, scopes of work, quotations, timelines before project initiation.
• Translate approved scopes into detailed project plans, milestones and delivery schedules.
• Lead kickoffs, status meetings, internal reviews and client presentations.
• Coordinate strategists, designers, developers, copywriters, marketers and suppliers.
• Ensure team understand objectives, scope, priorities and deadlines.
• Act as main day-to-day client contact and maintain proactive communication.
• Track progress, deliverables, risks, blockers and budgets.
• Prepare agendas, status reports and follow-up documentation.
• Capture client feedback and manage change controls.
