Job summary

Independent Food Company in the UAE is seeking a Brand Executive acting as an External Design Collaborator. You will be the primary link between the organization and external design partners, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, quality control, and IP protection throughout the collaboration lifecycle.

You will manage relationships with designers, coordinate feedback across internal teams, track project information, and oversee invoices and trademark processes upon project completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in brand management and project coordination.
• Experience in client-facing roles within creative/design industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to give clear feedback.
• Strong organizational skills; manages multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with NDAs, contracts, and IP/trademark basics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for external designers and ensure NDAs are signed.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and coordinate feedback with internal teams.
• Verify project information with internal departments before sharing with designers.
• Track invoices and coordinate with Legal on IP registrations on project completion.
