Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking a proactive Brand Coordinator / Marketing Executive to join our remote team. This part-time role supports brand positioning, campaign coordination, content planning, and market research across international markets.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaigns. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in marketing or brand roles, strong communication, and proficiency with digital channels and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, Branding, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, brand coordination, or a related function.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, marketing communication, and audience engagement.
• Knowledge of campaign planning, content coordination, market research, and marketing performance.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, analytics, presentation, spreadsheet, and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate brand and marketing campaigns, timelines, deliverables, and promotional activities.
• Support brand messaging, positioning, visual consistency, and communication standards.
• Conduct market, competitor, audience, and industry research to identify relevant opportunities.
• Assist with content planning and coordinate marketing materials across digital and offline channels.
• Monitor brand engagement, campaign performance, audience response, and relevant marketing indicators.
• Maintain organized brand assets, campaign calendars, marketing materials, and documentation.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, content, design, sales, e-commerce, and operations teams.
• Support product launches, promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Prepare marketing reports, campaign summaries, and stakeholder updates.
• Recommend practical improvements to brand visibility, audience engagement, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
