A leading digital telco brand is seeking a Marcomms & Brand Manager to lead brand-building and campaign execution for a new telco brand in the MENA region. The role involves end-to-end ownership of campaign strategy, execution across multiple channels, and managing creative teams. Ideal candidates should have over 10 years of experience in brand marketing and a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. This position is based in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, campaign execution, or communications.
  • Proven track record of building and launching brands in digitally savvy markets.
  • Strong understanding of local consumer insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of integrated brand campaigns.
  • Plan and execute high-performance campaigns across various channels.
  • Oversee the full campaign lifecycle from concept to effectiveness analysis.
  • Work closely with agencies and creative teams to deliver high-quality materials.
  • Measure and report on campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
  • Develop and manage a marketing activity calendar.
