We Are Hiring

We are looking for one Booking Coordinator to join our team immediately.

Responsibilities
  • Manage phone inquiries and booking reservations.
  • Process payments and issue receipts using cash registers.
  • Utilize system software for sales, files, and bookings (e.g., BIMPOS, Dropbox, Syltek).
  • Generate accurate reports on time.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service at all times.
  • Work closely with the team to maintain smooth operations.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of UAE working experience (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (mandatory).
  • Experience in bookings and reservations (preferred).
  • Experience in sports clubs (preferred).
Terms
  • Age Range: 22–35 years old.
  • Gender: Male or Female.
  • Shift Timing:
    • Opening: 7 AM–3 PM
    • Mid: 3 PM–11 PM
    • Closing: 4 PM–12 AM
  • Day Off: Once a week
  • Joining Date: Immediate
