We are seeking an experienced Boat Fabricator and Foreman to lead our production floor and manage a team of skilled technicians in the fabrication and assembly of yachts and speed boats. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in marine composite fabrication, a strong understanding of hull structures, and proven leadership in managing complete boat builds — from mold preparation to final finishing.

Fabrication & Production
  • Oversee and participate in the fabrication of fiberglass, carbon fiber, or composite yacht components (hull, deck, superstructure, etc.).
  • Ensure correct application of lamination, vacuum infusion, gelcoat, and finishing processes.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D CAD models to ensure accuracy in fabrication.
  • Supervise and assist in mold preparation, plug finishing, part lay-up, trimming, bonding, and assembly.
  • Maintain precision and quality throughout the manufacturing process in line with marine standards (ISO, DNV, or RINA).
Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, train, and manage a team of 10–15 boat fabricators, laminators, and technicians.
  • Assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate closely with naval architects, production engineers, and designers to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workshop environment.
Quality Control & Process Improvement
  • Conduct regular inspections at each stage of fabrication to maintain high workmanship standards.
  • Troubleshoot production issues related to material defects, fitting, and surface finishing.
  • Identify process improvements and material innovations to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Coordination & Reporting
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and consumables.
  • Report progress, manpower allocation, and material usage to the Production Manager or Project Head.
  • Assist in planning production schedules and timelines for yacht projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 8–12 years of hands-on experience in fiberglass / composite boat or yacht manufacturing.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
  • Strong knowledge of marine composite materials (fiberglass, epoxy, vinyl ester, carbon fiber).
  • Proficient with fabrication tools, vacuum bagging, resin infusion, and hand lay-up techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and 3D models (SolidWorks / CAD).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and timely project delivery.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi / Urdu is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in luxury yacht or high-speed boat fabrication.
  • Familiarity with CNC molds, robotic 3D printing, or advanced composite techniques.
  • Understanding of marine finishing and outfitting (fittings, interiors, coatings).
