As a BMS Technician, you will play a vital role in monitoring and maintaining the hotel’s automated systems to support seamless operations and guest comfort.

Responsibilities

As BMS Technician, you will:

  • Monitor, operate, and maintain the hotel’s Building Management System to ensure efficient performance of HVAC, lighting, fire safety, and other automated systems.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on BMS equipment, sensors, and controls.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system alarms, faults, and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure integration of BMS with electrical, mechanical, and safety systems.
  • Support energy-saving initiatives by optimizing system performance and monitoring consumption data.
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation of BMS operations and incidents.
  • Assist in the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new system components.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations at all times.
  • Provide technical support to other departments as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support smooth hotel operations.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as a BMS Technician, preferably within luxury hospitality or large facilities.
  • Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems, controls, and automation technologies.
  • Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and fire protection systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret system schematics and technical manuals.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and respond to urgent issues.
