Job summary

Mintlayer is seeking a Blockchain Security Lead to own protocol-level security across the Mintlayer stack, including core components, ZK Thunder, DEX, and Fast Bridge. You will lead internal audits before mainnet deployment and manage external audit firms, bug bounty programs, and security standards for major releases.

The role requires publishing security advisories and maintaining a public history of disclosures, while building and maintaining a threat model for the full protocol stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in blockchain security, smart contract auditing, or protocol security research.
• Experience auditing Rust-based blockchain code and CVE publication or public audit track record preferred.
• Familiarity with attack vectors such as re-entrancy, front-running, bridge exploits, and consensus attacks.
