Job summary

Flyper in El-Ain is seeking a Biometric Passport Administrator to manage and maintain the biometric passport system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing applications.

You will verify information, maintain records, coordinate with government agencies, stay current with regulations, train new staff, and deliver excellent customer service. Please note that English language proficiency is not required for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in an administrative role, preferably with biometric passports or government documents.
• Familiarity with biometric technology and systems is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.

• Process biometric passport applications accurately and efficiently

• Monitor the biometric passport system to identify any issues or errors


• Coordinate with relevant government agencies to resolve any issues or discrepancies


• Keep up-to-date with changes in biometric passport regulations and procedures

• Provide excellent customer service to applicants, addressing any inquiries or concerns

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred


• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably working with biometric passports or other government documents


• Familiarity with biometric technology and systems is a plus


• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure

Salary

This position offers a salary of 1500$ per month.
