About the Binance VIP & Institutional Team

Responsibilities

Account Servicing: Assist the Partnership Manager in day-to-day account management, ensuring clear communication and effective handling of inquiries.
Lead Identification & Pitching: Help identify suitable products and assist in delivering pitches to prospective partners.
Commercial Negotiations & Project Management: Contribute to negotiations, support onboarding, and ensure smooth execution and integration of partnerships.
Relationship Management: Help maintain strong, ongoing relationships with executives of key partners.
Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, product, tech, compliance, legal, and ops teams for effective partnership outcomes.
Process Improvement: Recommend innovative ways to improve internal processes and increase efficiency.

Requirements

Communication Skills: Comfortable communicating with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Industry Knowledge: Ability to identify and connect with influential local industry players.
Crypto Knowledge: Strong interest and working knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain concepts.
Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Arabic required. Additional Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
Education: University or Polytechnic graduate preferred. Prior experience (full-time or part-time) is an advantage.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with APIs is highly preferred.
