You will play a key role in developing, managing, andcoordinating BIM models across multidisciplinary projects, ensuring highstandards in technical delivery, model quality, and compliance with local andinternational BIM protocols.

ProjectRole

• Develop and manage BIM models for roads, highways, and relatedinfrastructure using Civil 3D and InfraWorks.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary BIM models (roads, utilities,structures) and resolve design clashes using Navisworks Manage.
• Support the design team in producing aligned and profile-baseddesigns, surfaces, corridors, and pipe networks.
• Maintain BIM execution plans (BEP) and ensure compliance withISO 19650 and client-specific requirements (e.g., RTA, Ashghal, ADM).
• Participate in clash detection reviews, quantity takeoffs, andgenerate accurate reports for design and construction teams.
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and authoritiesto align design models with deliverables.
• Assist in automating workflows using tools like Dynamo forCivil 3D where appropriate.
• Ensure models are structured for downstream uses such as 4D/5DBIM and asset data integration (COBie).
• Contribute to project documentation, QA/QC, and handoversubmissions.
