Job summary

A leading construction firm in Dubai is seeking a skilled BIM Operator to create and manage Building Information Models. You will coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience and is certified in Autodesk Revit. This position offers an opportunity to work on large-scale projects and requires strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant BIM experience in construction/design projects.
• Certified in BIM software tools such as Autodesk Revit (Mandatory).
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks; knowledge of Dynamo or BIM 360 is a plus.

BIM Operator

Job Summary

The BIM Operator is responsible for creating, updating and managing Building Information Models using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit. This role supports the design and coordination process across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficient collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D models using Revit and other BIM tools.
• Coordinate models across multiple disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP).
• Generate drawings, schedules and documentation from BIM models.
• Ensure models meet project standards, specifications, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Collaborate with design teams and attend coordination meetings as required.
• Maintain version control and proper documentation for all BIM files.
• Support clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar software.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelors degree in architecture, engineering or a related field.
• Certified in BIM software tools such as Autodesk Revit (Mandatory).
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant BIM experience in construction/design projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks; knowledge of Dynamo or BIM 360 is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred

• Understanding of ISO 19650 BIM standards.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams or large-scale infrastructure projects.
