Job summary

Azizi Development UAE is looking for a BIM Modeler - Interior Design to support its prestigious projects like Azizi Venice and Azizi Opera in Dubai. This role involves translating interior design ideas into coordinated BIM models while ensuring quality and constructability.

The successful candidate will have 5–8 years of experience, proficiency in Revit, and a solid understanding of interior design and construction processes. Work on landmark developments in an integrated Design 360 Studio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in BIM modeling for interior design projects.
• Strong experience in hospitality, residential, or mixed-use developments.
• Good understanding of construction detailing and materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed interior BIM models based on approved design intent.
• Prepare coordinated BIM-based drawings including plans and sections.
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural and structural teams.
