Job summary

DBB in United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to create detailed 3D BIM models supporting infrastructure and marine projects. Candidates will work with Revit, Civil 3D and AutoCAD, coordinating multidisciplinary models and performing clash detection using Navisworks. The role also involves 4D/5D BIM and exploring AI enhancements within BIM workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in infrastructure and marine works on main contractor or consultancy.
• Proficient in BIM modeling and drafting using Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM and performing clash detection.
• Experience in 4D & 5D BIM.
• Interest in integrating AI and emerging digital technologies into BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

Summary:

As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to support architectural and engineering projects.

Job Responsibility:

• Minimum 5 years experience working on infrastructure and marine works projects within a main contractor or consultancy environment.
• Strong hands-onBIM modeling and drafting skillsusing Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, ....ect.
• Proven experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination, and clash detection using Navisworks and Autodesk ACC/Forma.
• Experience in 4D & 5D BIM.
• Strong interest and capability in integrating AI and emerging digital technologies into BIM workflows.
