Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in information management or related discipline.
• Experience on rail, metro or major infrastructure programmes.
• Strong client-facing, analytical, written communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
• Knowledge of information management standards and governance for the role.
• Professional membership, chartership or specialist certification preferred where applicable.
• UAE/GCC experience advantageous but not essential for technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Leads delivery of information management strategies, standards and governance.
• Develops and manages CDEs and digital delivery processes for collaboration and information assurance.
• Coordinates information management across clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Integrates information management with programme controls and delivery processes.
• Oversees information models, requirements and digital handover activities across project lifecycle.
• Drives adoption of digital innovation and industry best practices.
• Provides guidance and capability development for client and project teams.
• Champions safety, quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
