Job summary

BSBG (Brewer Smith Brewer Group) is seeking a proactive BIM Coordinator in the Dubai office to lead model creation, maintenance and audits across projects. You will enforce BIM standards, support with Navisworks-based reviews, and coordinate file exchanges among project teams.

The role includes assisting with BIM execution plans, templates, and training while collaborating with the Digital team to drive efficiency and ensure BEP compliance on complex projects in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting BIM execution plans, standards and guidelines.
• Ability to develop BIM standards and enforce them on projects.
• Familiarity with project BIM audits and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BIM model creation, maintenance and updates.
• Coordinate BIM file exchanges and data drops.
• Assist in producing clash detection and digital engineering reports.
• Provide BIM training and orientation to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and BEP requirements.
